Description:

A "wet marinade" generally refers to a seasoned liquid in which meat, fish or poultry are soaked to tenderize and flavor them. “MARINADE”-products can add moisture to the meat; particularly the marinades contain different types of oil. Marinating grilled food can dramatically reduce the formation of unhealthy HCA’s (heterocyclic amines).
